季節（きせつ）Seasons

　日に本ほんは、季き節せつのはっきりした国くにです。

　季き節せつは、大おおきく分わけて４よっつあります。

　春はる、夏なつ、秋あき、冬ふゆの４よっつです。

　ただ、それぞれの季き節せつがいつから始はじまり、いつまで続つづくのかはっきりしません。

　だんだん、その季き節せつが始はじまり、だんだんと次の季き節せつに移うつっていきます。

　ただ、日に本ほんの気き象庁しょうちょうでは、この４よっつの季き節せつが何月なんがつのことを指さすのが決きめています。

　天てん気き予よ報ほうなどをするときに、月つきを明確めいかくに決きめておくほうが便べん利りなことが多おおいからです。

　春はるは、3月さんがつから5月ごがつまでの3さんか月間げつかんです。

　夏なつは、6月ろくがつから8月はちがつまでの3さんか月間げつかんです。

　秋あきは、9月くがつから11月じゅういちがつまでの3さんか月間げつかんです。

　冬ふゆは、12月じゅうにがつから2月にがつまでの3さんか月間げつかんです。

　ただ、3月さんがつでも冬ふゆのように寒さむい日ひもありますし、とても暖あたたかい日ひもあります。

　春はるになると、草花くさばなや木きの花はなが咲さくことがあります。

　春はるに花はなを咲さかせる草花くさばなには、菜なの花はな、チューリップ、たんぽぽ、水仙すいせん、ふきなどがあります。

　春はるに花はなを咲さかせる木きには、梅うめ、桃もも、桜さくらなどがあります。

Seasons

　Japan is a country with four distinct seasons.

　There are four major seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter.

　However, it is not clear when each season begins and how long it lasts.

　Gradually, the season begins and gradually moves to the next season.
