働くこと（はたらくこと）Working

　子こどもは、学まなぶことが普通ふつうです。

　日本にほんに限かぎらず世界せかいでは、大人おとなになると働はたらくことが普通ふつうです。

　日本にほんの法律ほうりつでは、大人おとなは働はたらくことが義務ぎむになっています。

　しかし、働はたらくことについて、いろいろな問題もんだいが起おこっています。

　仕事場しごとばの中なかには、働はたらく環境かんきょうがよくないところがあります。

　決きめられた時間じかん以上いじょうに長ながい時間じかん働はたらかせたることがあります。

　ひどい時ときは、仕事しごとのやり過すぎで死しんでしまうことがあります。

　働はたらいても、きちんと適切てきせつなお金かねが支払しはらわれないこともあります。

　同おなじ仕事しごとをしているのに、人ひとによって支払しはらわれるお金かねが違ちがうことがあります。

　男性だんせいと女性じょせいで、支払しはらわれるお金かねに違ちがいがあるのも問題もんだいです。

　「働はたらきがいも経済成長けいざいせいちょうも」という目標もくひょうは、SDGsエスディジーズの目標もくひょうの１ひとつです。

　国くにによっては、子こどもを安やすいお金かねで長ながい時間じかん働はたらかせていることがあります。

　日本にほんでは、禁止きんしされていることですが、貧まずしい国くにでは、子こどもが働はたらくことが当あたり前まえになっていることがあります。

Working

　It is normal for children to learn.

　Not only in Japan, but around the world, it is normal for adults to work.

　According to Japanese law, adults are obligated to work.

　However, there are many problems related to working.

　Some workplaces are not good working environments.

　Sometimes, workers are made to work longer than their allotted hours.

　In the worst cases, people die from overwork.

　Some employers do not pay their workers properly for the work they do.

　Sometimes people are paid differently for the same job.

　The problem is that men and women are paid different amounts of money for the same work.

　The goal of “decent work and economic growth” is one of the goals of the SDGs.

　In some countries, children are forced to work long hours for cheap money.

　In Japan, this is prohibited, but in some poor countries, it is common for children to work.
